the lines didn't work with something else i was working on but they turned out for good use in the end!
shoutout to slime for the frosty-sparkle-grass idea!! 

this kiamara's fur does sparkle on the belly/chest/under tail/under chin areas only when wet, covered in snow/frost etc only!
her hair sparkles always!
